I am a Freelance Market Research Consultant, who specialises in bridging the gap between what your customer wants and the development of your strategic marketing plans. I bring audience and market insights to the planning and delivery of your campaigns so that you see better results.
I bring over 20 years’ experience in my field which spans two continents, small, medium and large business as well as B2C and B2B. I started out in Cape Town, South Africa and later moved to London, England. My career has included a start-up IT support company, a medium-sized laser eye surgery clinic, a large speciality supplier to the oil and gas industry and a global FTSE 100 publishing house.
I am experienced in using every area of marketing above, below and through the line so am aware of how market research can impact each area of the marketing process. I am now a Market Research Consultant to a variety of businesses.
I have noticed that most in-house marketing teams and smaller agencies struggle with the vital stage of listening to their customers before devising a strategic marketing plan.
